Remote Internet Technical Support

Aurender Music System can be accessed remotely for quick diagnosis and repair. To request remote technical support, go to the Help tab in the Settings menu of the Aurender App and press the "Send Remote Support Request" button. Sending this request will allow our engineers to remotely access the Aurender. Please note that Remote Support is not available on Korean holidays []  or weekends, and response may be delayed due to time differences between Korea and your location. At times, if there are a lot of Remote Support service requests,  Remote Support may be delayed a few days.
