Remote Internet Technical Support
Aurender Music Players can be accessed remotely for quick diagnosis and repair. To request remote technical support, go to the Help tab in the Settings menu of the Aurender App and press the "Send Remote Support Request" button. Sending this request will allow our engineers to remotely access the Aurender.
